My pricing is set to
reflect my operational costs. Whenever I can perform my services
with minimal cost and/or disruption to others, I pass these savings
on to my clients by offering my lowest rate. When the services required
are more demanding, my rates are adjusted accordingly. This policy
ensures that I can prioritize my service accordingly to all of my
client needs and my availability.
Most of my services are
based on an hourly rate. This pricing applies to services that are
performed at my location (or nearby) and do not require an immediate
turn around. Services billed at this rate may be preempted if a
more urgent task arises.
Services that absolutely
require short turn-around (less that 48 hrs) are billed at a premium
rate. The premium rate is not billed unless the service is specifically
requested as urgent and the service has been performed within the
48 hr period requested.
IIn the vast majority
of cases, I am able to offer an accurate estimate of the cost up
front. In the rare event that it appears that there will be overruns
of that estimate due to extenuating circumstance, I advise my client
as soon as possible and allow them to decide how they wish to proceed.
In some cases, such as
network installations, I provide a fixed quote for the service rather
than charging an hourly rate. Contact me

My billing is based on
actual work performed rather than on an arbitrary guideline so your
costs are closely managed.
